Privacy Policy

Who we are

Mahjong Runway is a product discovery and inspiration platform for mahjong accessories, operated from San Antonio, Texas, USA. For questions about this policy or your personal data, contact us atinfo@mahjongrunway.com.

Information we collect

We may collect and process the following categories of personal information:

• Account and wishlist — if you create an account, we store your email address, an optional name, a password hash (never the password itself), and the product slugs you heart. We also add that email to our GoHighLevel contact list with the tag wishlist, the same contact system used by the contact and newsletter forms. Guest hearts can still stay in this browser, and a shareable link does not require an account. Browsing the shop does not require an account.
• Usage and analytics data — collected via Google Analytics (pages visited, session duration, and general interaction patterns).
• Advertising and retargeting data — we use the Meta (Facebook) Pixel for advertising measurement and retargeting.
• Technical data — IP address, browser type, and device information via cookies and similar technologies.
• Communications — any information you provide if you contact us directly by email.

How we use your information

We use your personal information to:

• Provide and operate the Site, including your wishlist and saved-look features;
• Generate and display shareable links you choose to create;
• Understand how the Site is used so we can improve it (via Google Analytics);

• Comply with our legal obligations.

Cookies and tracking technologies

We use cookies and similar technologies to operate the Site, remember your preferences, and gather analytics data. These include cookies set by Google Analytics and the Meta (Facebook) Pixel. For full details see ourCookie Policy.

The Site contains affiliate links. When you click through to a retailer, that retailer (and its affiliate network) may set its own cookies and collect information according to its own privacy policy. See ourAffiliate Disclosure for more.

If you are a California resident, you have the right to know what personal information we collect, disclose, or sell; the right to request deletion; and the right to opt out of the sale of your personal information. We do not sell personal information. To exercise your rights, contactinfo@mahjongrunway.com.

Your rights (international visitors)

The Site is open for general browsing by all ages. Wishlist and saved-look features are intended for users aged 13 and over. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

How long we keep your data

We retain personal information only for as long as necessary for the purposes set out in this policy, or as required by law. Account emails and saved hearts stay until you ask us to delete the account. Guest wishlist items stay in your browser until you clear them. Shared links persist while the token remains valid.

International data transfers

Our Site is operated from the United States. If you access the Site from outside the US, your information may be transferred to and processed in the US or other countries.
